Depending on the committee you serve for in your group project (Event Master Plan), you will be responsible for setting up an in-person interview with a staff member of a local arts organization that holds a position in that area. For example: If you are part of the marketing committee for your group, you will set up an interview with the marketing director of a local arts organization.
Students will need to prepare 25 interview questions, 10 that relate to the event field and 15 that directly relate to your group’s Master Plan and the committee you represent. Interviews must be held in-person and need to be recorded (audio only). A final typed transcription with the interview questions, answers, and 3-4 paragraphs denoting the interview experience is to be submitted.
