food log

For each of the following questions, address each prompt. First, state the prompt in your paper, followed by your answer to ensure you address all prompts for each question (Use template provided). Be sure to have at least 3-5 sentences per question.

Use the following template for your assignment: Assignment Week 9 Template.docx

1) Using your food log #2 and food log #6, reflect on any changes in your eating behaviors. Did you see any improvements? Any changes? Additionally, have you made any improvements or changes in your dietary habits over the course of this class?

2) Using Food Log #6, identify your micronutrient intake, as you did in the Week 4 assignment. Enter one day of food consumption into the Cronometer website found at https://cronometer.com/ (Links to an external site.). After you have entered your food intake, scroll down and take a screenshot (or picture with your phone) of your vitamin and mineral intakes, then paste the picture into a word document to upload and turn in. (refer back to the Week 4 assignment if you do not remember how to do this)

Next, discuss 2 different vitamins or minerals that you did not discuss in the Week 6 assignment and what you found to be deficient in your diet (or any two, if you do not have any deficiencies). Outline a plan on how you will meet these vitamins or minerals in the future. Ensure to include two food items for each of the vitamins or minerals you found deficient in helping you meet your daily intake. DO NOT use the same vitamins and minerals you used in the Week 6 assignment.

3) Discuss your desired percentages for your AMDR’s. Support your answer and make sure your percentages equal 100%. For example, your desired range for carbohydrates is 60% because…….protein is 20% because …… and lipid is 20% because……

4) State your BMR and EER (No calculations needed). Reflect on your specific calculations. Do you meet your BMR regularly? Do you meet your EER regularly? What is your caloric intake goal? Do you strive to be in positive energy intake, negative energy balance, or energy equilibrium?

5) State three nutritional goals for yourself. Also, state how you plan to accomplish these goals and include a timeline. (Preferably state three SMART goals or WOOP goals)
