Do you think your matching or conflicting values affects your behavior/experience in the COB?
3.Do you currently have someone who could serve as your ethical decision-making confidant? If so, describe the qualities that make this person suited for the role. If not, describe the steps you could take to find a qualified person to be your ethical decision-making confidant.
4. Briefly explain what you found to be most interesting, surprising, or useful about this week’s content on values, ethics, and organizational justice.
