For this activity, look for books aimed at boys versus girls. Some bookstores and libraries will categorize the books for different ages, but you can easily pick out books meant for infants (to be read by caregivers), very young children (mostly picture books), and books for beginning readers. Please note that you should be able to access the entire book (e.g., just going through Amazon will not suffice as you should be able to read/look at the entire text) and that it is not acceptable to copy from the text book flaps or internet descriptions of the book (i.e., this would be considered plagiarism).
