You will not be graded on how well your group did with coming to a decision. Instead, your grade will reflect how engaged you were in the discussion, your level of individual contribution, and your ability to reflect back on the experience by covering all of the prompts in the assignment instructions. Essay should include: Describe your role in facilitating the group discussion.What viewpoints/ideas about the community issue did you contribute to the group discussion? How did you help create a constructive and productive group climate?If there was a conflict or disagreement, what strategies did you use to keep the group productive and on task? How did your group make sure that everyone got to express his/her opinion? Was the group discussion useful for thinking through the community issue? Why or why not?What do you believe was the shared goal or purpose of discussing these questions as a group? I am in group B. We really didn’t come up with a decision set in stone because many people weren’t engaged in the discussion. The paper is mostly about how we worked as a group.
