Revised personal theory of learning

Reflection on my first assignment and making it better by using theories from theorists. bellow is the feedback I received from my first assignment. (I have attached my assignment by screenshot pictures in the files uploaded). See the comments below related to each criterion from the rubric: Definition and critical attributes:Your response does not demonstrate a satisfactory understanding of definition and critical attributes of learning. Your definition does not explain what learning is. Your explanation of critical attributes of learning is intermixed with the concept of development and it is not clear what concept of learning you are working from. Moreover, it seems that you have not understood what critical attributes are. The critical attributes of learning would be characteristics without which, learning would not take place. Finally, the critical attributes selected do not appear in your definition. The second critical attribute seems to be about effective teaching rather than learning. They could be variables that affect learning in the variation section (if connected to a definition in a manner that supports them) but they can’t be critical attributes of learning per se. I suggest you revisit your critical attributes and your learning definition in this light. Variation in learning:Yes, these are legitimate sources of variation but I dont see a connection to either of your critical attributes or the definition. Note the first part of the instructions: Based on your definition of learning, discuss the two key factors that may account for variations in a student’s learning. Communication:Your writing is satisfactory in clarity and coherence. Be careful to avoid jumping from one concept to the next without establishing why they are important or how they relate to what you have written before. Use of academic research:You refer to sufficient sources, but some of the references may be less relevant for this assignment.
