We have all seen leaders that are charismatic and how people are devoted to them. Charisma as attractiveness that inspires devotion on others, is certainly a wonderful asset that has the enormous capacity of boosting ones resume and cover letter. Charism, like virtues, can be learned and acquired to enhance our personality (Guarino 2020). The article identifies 5 steps which are largely intangible realities, yet they inform and constitute the individual into better versions of themselves.
Basic ways charisma can affect the efficiency of a resume could be viewed from two perspectives. First, the presence of these attractive charisms in an individuals cover letter inevitably gives the employer the confidence in hiring a reliable person. Acquiring these charisms, some of which are natural to me, will enhance the competitiveness of an individual in the prospective job. Beyond the presence of these charisms on a resume, an encounter with the individual will quickly indicate these charisms have indeed become second nature. The look and total presence of charismatic leaders convey authenticity and a great level of confidence that impacts positively on the effectiveness of a potential employee. A charismatic individual empowers subordinates, and followers, which makes them, feel motivated and committed to organizational performance.
