As recently as today, I was waiting for the elevator on my floor when a very tall heavy man with a lot of hair on his face, dressed what I would call thuggy, pants hanging down his hip. This was a man who left my new neighbor’s apartment. As he stood waiting for the elevator I suddenly felt nervous and uneasy. I pretended I left something in my apartment and told him he could go down without me.
After watching the video, may have misjudged him by the way he looked.
