I am responsible for the “Overview of the Airbus A380 – Planning and Defining” according to the Product Life Cycle (Book Larson erik Project management)(File: Outline Project: where Max is, this is my part. i am responsible for Planning and Defining of Airbus, according to the Product life cycle including description of key stakeholder groups & environmental factors! (planning time, Planning stage, etc) Please combine the theory with the praxis. I will attach under files the literature, very important is the book: Managerial Process from Larson. Also use the book Airbus A380 2005 to present form Robert Wicks.and also use other literature about project Management and Airbus 380!(Journals or books.) Is it possible because we have next week a gathering where everybody is telling what he is writing about. Is it possible to create till next thursday a list whatt u are writing about exactly? Please inform me! Is it also possible to inform u when there is something new. because i have to talk with my colleagues and there is something new i have to adapt.
