Identify the 7 parts of the communication process in relation to the conversation (who was sender and receiver, what was the message, what feedback was provided, what was the channel, what barriers got in the way, and what was the context)
Discuss what communication barriers got in the way of your message being received the way you intended it to be received (see textbook chapter for discussion on communication barriers).
Reflect on what YOU could have changed to improve the message being delivered the way you, as the sender, intended it to be received.
