This kind of challenge can be related to rapid urbanization, water shortage, waste management, sprawl, slums, and squatter settlements.
You need to discuss and highlight the dimensions of this challenge/problem, its sources, consequences, and impact on the built environment and the inhabitants.
The taken efforts and initiatives by the governments of these cities to solve these challenges or at least mitigate their impacts.
