DESCRIPTION.
You will self-select one global/international brand and critique ONE of its marketing communications campaigns which appeared from anytime between 2015 through 2020. All presentations will need to be uploaded to BB Turnitin by the beginning of Week 7. Links will be provided online in BB Turnitin, in advance.
You can receive pre-submission, verbal, formative tutor feedback on your presentation, for x1 draft, when you provide a draft by Week 5 or 6. You will receive guidance your weekly webinars and materials on how to prepare for these materials, but the onus is on you to get your assessments started and developed. Its you who needs to prompt this discussion too!
Why wont you be actually physically presenting for 5 minutes? Apart from COVID19, PowerPoint presentations are created all the time in marketing communications, as detailed and consultative documents. They are detailed because they should be able to sell-in and sell-up the content, analyze, guide and consult to any relevant stakeholders, just by reading them through. Because often in reality, bespoke presentations times are not possible, are postponed or cancelled, due to time, changes in circumstances and geography, as well world pandemics! Your tutors marking criteria expands on these points below a little further.
Context : Rationalize a summary of your chosen brand/company and why you chose it and a specific campaign.
Campaign Aim : What seems to be the overall campaign purpose of your chosen marketing communications campaign?
Target Audience : Who/what are the campaigns current and potential target audiences?
Media : What communications channels has this marketing communications campaign utilized, i.e. ATL/BTL/OL and via which media vehicles in each of these? What about any specific/enhanced communications integration, i.e. TTL?
Campaign Success : Was this companys marketing communications campaign successful or not and why?
Conclusion/Post-campaign : Whats the post-campaigns situation analysis?

SUBMISSION.
MS PowerPoint only, to be uploaded via BB Turnitin by the end of week 6/beginning of wk7 and the submission links will be made available for you in advance. Only one file must be uploaded per student. Compress any graphics individually, as necessary, if your overall file size is too large for uploading. This is YOUR responsibility.
Any issues with uploading MUST be resolved by you or with you and the relevant Regents technical department.
Please consider the following in your preparation:
MS PowerPoint only and how many slides would you create for around 1 2 mins per slides max? That would be 5 10 slides maximum of MAIN CONTENT;
Main Content does not incl. Title slide (with title, name, student id, date, assessment no., module), any slide dividers and your Bibliography/Refs slides;
Remember to number Sections and Sub-section headings per slide and page numbers;
Consider your slides as a combination of useable space for detail, e.g. consider each slide can be designed as 1 slide, 2 halves, 3 x thirds, x4 quarters;
Your slides should be extremely detailed in consultancy-style therefore, as the content of the majority of your slides needs to get a lot of complex data across, and then be clearly explained by you design-wise within the slides, per slide;
Ensure a logic to the flow within the slides and from one slide to the next;
Try to not download visually tabled/diagram data from third parties this could create academic misconduct issues;
Slides must include a peppering of appropriate Harvard in-text referencing per slide, as well as your references/bibliography end slides;
There should be NO appendices;
