‘Compare and contrast the recycling systems in the City of Sydney and one of the following: Wellington, New Zealand, Portsmouth, UK or San Francisco, USA’.

The essay needs to be written in the style and format outlined in your writing study guide. Use formal academic language and write in full sentences in logical paragraphs.

Weighting:

This assignment is worth 20% of the overall course mark.

Issues:

In order to write this essay, finding sources and background reading is essential. As correct citation and in-text referencing will be expected, refer to your Referencing Style Guide. In addition Wikipedia references will not be accepted. Any student who uses Wikipedia will lose up to 50% of their marks.

Your reference list should demonstrate a variety of sources for Sydney, for example books, newspapers, magazines, council publications and brochures.
