This is a handbook that would be something an administrator OR a mentoring coach could use. There is no set number of pages, but remember it should be thorough and adequately cover topics that a new teacher (or new teacher to your system) should be aware of —- like professional development expectations, curriculum and instruction, sick leave and personal policies, attendance for teachers, teacher roles and responsibilities, initiatives that your system in involved in, use of student management system (i-Now), discipline, classroom management, coaching/mentoring strategies and forms, etc.

I want this document to be one that you would be able to add and change as needed based on state law, federal law and Alabama State Department on Education regulations.
