This is a research paper for my monotheistic Religion class.
My research question is:
– Why do different Jewish denominations have varying beliefs regarding burial and the afterlife?
The three Jewish denominations I want to focus on are:
1. Orthodox Jews
2. Reformed Jews
3. Conservative Jews
I basically just wanna research what each denomination believes regarding burial and the afterlife why they believe this and then compare and contrast them with the other Jewish denominations.
I have to use 8 sources however the more the better. All the sources have to be accredited books no websites or articles are permitted unless they are accredited sources. I have already done some research and found some books on the topic so if you could use as many of the following sources as possible that would be great.
