This is the comments from my evaluator The executive summary was briefly described with the planning and analysis phase that details the system’s execution through education and training and analyses; gap, needs, and workflow analyses. The summary did not summarize all the phases by including the main points from the findings. *In my project I addressed 4 phases I) Planning ang analysis, II) Designing and building, III) implementation and testing, IV) monitoring, maintaining, supporting &evaluation. The evaluator wants all the phases summarized. You only summarized planning and analysis Here is the initial question.C.
