You are not expected to be intimately familiar with any of the instruments chosen for this assignment; use any information in your text, in product descriptions, or in any of the other reading material including instructor announcements to help in your description and selection of instruments. In writing this paper, first list the area of functioning and each instrument selected to address the area; use the Evaluation Procedures section of sample reports in the text on pages 745-772 as models, adding the area of functioning prior to each instrument (or list of instruments). Rather than writing this as a paragraph as in the text examples, write the area of functioning and the instruments used in outline form, or as a list. Next, write a three-page well-written double-spaced paper in narrative form.
