Please edit furthermore.a) Major objectives:- Novel incretin-based drugs provide a new approach to manage and renovate the decline of the incretin effect in T2DM. The main aim of the presented study is to introduce novel GLP-1RA, where the two human GLP-1 human analogs fused using C- peptide as a connecter. This analog is most similar to the incretin drug Albiglutide in which the IgG antibody is replaced by insulin-peptide. This new drug analog is expected to bind to albumin protein via insulin C-peptide; if this happens, incretin analog slowly releases into the bloodstream, and its renal clearance also reduced, all of which will probably increase its half-life in the body.b) Minor objectives: 1) Expression and purification of the incretin drug analog2) Structural and stability analyses of the drug analog3) Studying the interaction between the incretin drug analog and human serum albumin4) In vitro biological assessments of incretin analog5) Evaluate the biological activity of the incretin drug analog in animal studies. 4- Hypotheses: I wrote some points.
