Your report shouldconclude with mitigation measures that could be put in place to address these.1 Graduate Apprentices- You should use your selected work based project as the scenario for this submissionSession 2020/2021Part 4 (25% of marks)Life Cycle Costing AppraisalPrepare a report which identifies which elements of your project should be subject to LifeCycle Costing appraisal and justifies your selection. Your report should consider the following. Long term performance characteristics (and their predictability) of yourselected elements. Availability and quality of performance and cost data for the analysis (BCIS andother sources) Operational and maintenance activities required to maintain level ofperformance over lifeIndicative length Approx 6500 words overall
