The basis of this essay reflects on the innovative idea made by me and my group with constant communication and many group excerises that we had to take part in to develop innovative ideas. During covid 19 we had to choose an industry and find problems the industry faced and came up with a solution to help this organisation. the industry chosen is leiesure centres specifically gyms and the innovative idea our group came up with is a app called omnigym and this app provides workout videos, communications with personal trainers and experts to help with the journey and delivering gym equipment to the users and jobs, this is only for members of the gym that are paying for the membership . we came up with this idea going through many innovative excersises such as design thinking and sustaining an innovation. Every section of the essay has to relate back to how the group has gone through this process and what we done to implement everything stated below, which can be made up, it was honestly constant group excerises going through different innovations processes and communication with eachother. This is the backround of the essay, the section i will like you to do isPart 2: Analysis of the potential conditions that may influence the innovation (40%) – this consists of the main questionsFirst subheading ; design thinkingWhy and how design thinking approach can support or has been adopted by your innovation? and How will you prototype? How will i test the app to be succesful, everything should be in third person. Design thinking should only use PROTOTYPE AND TESTING please do not speak about the other stages of design thinking as this has already been done in another assesmentThe next subheading: sustaining innovationHow can you sustain your innovation (strategy, culture, learning organisation)? In this section must talk about how we will prototype and testing the app; how it will look like how can we present and test to see what the users will think about it. the questions for this is also how can the gym be ready for the future and how can they respond to this in the futureThe teachers expect :Excellent integration and practical application of theory/literature related to potential conditions that may influence the innovation. Excellent level of analysis and critical evaluation with clearly developing and thorough discussion. – i will you to use as many sources as possible as it this section is worth 40%We are expecting you to go beyond the references used in the lectures and workshops.Describing the theories and concepts will not be enough, they must be applied to your innovation! , This should be around 900 wordsThe next section i will like you to do is:Part 3: Analysis of the implication of the innovation and its potential diffusion (30%)This includes two partsThere are two areas to be covered in this part: FIRST: Analysis and critical evaluation of the implication of the innovation on business and societyWe are expecting insightful, honest and critical analysis of the implications of your innovations for:SECOND: Application of diffusion theory to your innovation. I will add additional files of the brief, the powerpoint that includes this information that i have added for you and other resources that will help. The more theories and literature used the higher the mark will be.
