The article I have chosen Complex Real Life-Related Prospective Memory in Soldiers with and Without Post- Traumatic Stress Disorder falls along with my topic perfectly and I found it very interesting. However, while going over the numbers I wondered to myself how accurate they truly are. This study could be a good comparison to get the attention of my reader since there are currently only two studies that I could find addressing my topic in any kind of detail. With limited info on the topic I have a greater chance of getting what could end up as surprising numbers.
I have already reached out to both active duty members and veterans to get a well-proportioned study group. I am really looking forward to getting their results and continuing on with my study.
I find this to be a fascinating topic because I plan on working for the Veterans Affairs (VA). This research project could not only help me to better understand the demographic that I will be working with it may even be able to give me some clarity about myself and service members that I served with.
