I need a statement of impact due to COVID-19. I am a full time worker and have 2 children. During Christmas break I had both of my children ill and had to get my family tested. Added the pressure the education/schools suffered to accommodate the remote learning, stress and anxiety got high levels. Those can be the reasons why I haven’t been able to submit the paper within the deadline. Please see below INFO/DETAILS for making a letter:Due to the on-going situation with COVID-19, and the current national lockdown we are aware this can have an impact on students and their work.You may already be aware that the Statement of Impact (SoI) form is being introduced for submissions in the Spring Term. With this is mind and to have a consistent approach, you now have the opportunity, if appropriate, to upload a SoI in relation to your recent submission.(!) IMPORTANT:The SoI is being introduced so that any impact on accessing resources relating to your submission can be taken into consideration. This system was successfully implemented during the lockdown in the last academic year. This is usually a form you would attach at the start of any assignment work you submit which will explain to the marker what impact the lockdown has had on your access to resources (e.g. reading material, collecting data from schools and educational settings), what you did to try to address these issues and the impact this has had on your work. This will be taken into consideration by markers.Thank you!
