Prior to developing your Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for your project in Smartsheet, be sure to fully map out your project specific WBS in MS Word or MS PowerPoint. This version of your WBS should include cost estimates.
Once complete, data enter your WBS into the Smartsheet application. Be ensure fully flesh out your WBS prior to inputting into Smartsheet and to include the timeline (start and end dates), predecessors, and dependencies for each task. Each Once complete, export your WBS in .xls format for submission. You are required to submit your WBS in Word format (.doc or .docx) or MS Project (.mpp) as well as the export from Smartsheet via the assignment link. Full credit will not be given if both versions are not submitted.
