State research question – This is asking for the research question you will use in your proposal. As I understand it, what you present in the opening paragraph are the questions asked in the lit review.
Milestone 3:
Population and Sampling procedure – Would have liked to see a stronger support for proposed sample size.
Dissemination of findings – A bit more on this aspect would be a plus
