Do a Porters 5-forces industry analysis of the soft drink industry from the perspective of the concentrate producers (e.g., Coke and Pepsi) but only focus on the three forces that you believe best explains why this industry is so attractive. Make sure you do a thorough analysis (and fully explain how each force contributes to industry profitability) by using the underlying reasoning for each force (e.g., for Intensity of Rivalry: numerous or few competitors, slow or fast industry growth ?) as laid out in your slides and text books. Please note that you do not need to gather additional information beyond what is provided in the case. Completing the online lectures on external analysis will be necessary to analyze the case.
