A 750 words individual report (25%)II. A 1,500 words individual report (75%)III. Assessment 1: Individual Report (25%) 750 wordsIV. For this first element of assessment, you must complete two key tasks. First, a critical analysis of one or a combination of interrelated market factors carrying important implications for your brands performance and how this/these shaped your decision making have to be provided. For this task you must refer to your PEST analysis, identify one or more specific market factors, and critically discuss how this/these informed your strategy. You must draw on industry reports and academic literature to make inferences and relational points. Your work should demonstrate sufficient depth of analysis and the ability to synthesize and critically evaluate material with originality.V. For the second task, a thorough, detailed analysis of the competition followed by a critical evaluation of your jeans-wear brands positioning is required. Specifically, you must 1) present the Perceptual Map as it stands at the beginning of Quarter 4 of the simulation game, 2) Identify and analyse your brands competitors in your simulated market only (not the real-world jeans market, e.g., Levis), and 3) Explain how and to what extent you are differentiated from your competitors.VI. Your analysis should be structured around three sections:VII. Market factor(s) affecting your brands performance and your decision-making Presentation and Discussion of the Positioning Map. Critical evaluation and reflection on your brands positioning.
