Journal Instruction Sheet: Journal Instructions Sheet
Assigned Topic:
Close your eyes. You have just had a really rough day, the worst. It is a good thing, however, that you have the power to snap your fingers and appear any place you have been before and to which you would like to return, any time from your past to which you would like to return. Where would you go to get away from this day and all that has happened to you? Describe this place and time and yourself in detail. Tell the story of this place and you within it. You may consider any or all of the following: What is your concept of safety? How does this place you are thinking of contribute to your concept of safety? What is your concept of home? Does this place feel like home? If no, why not? If yes, what exactly makes it feel like home?
