Bizzolutions Limited is the company established back in 2012 and sells computer accessories. The company use different statistics methods to forecast their sales. This helps them to improve their business processes, especially in manufacturing and distribution process and increase their business efficiency. The table below is showing sales data, which is based on annual sales, per item times /year. You should;
i. Draw three scatter graphs from the data given in the table for different products. Discuss any variation and your sales predictions.
ii. For each product, compare your forecasted values with the actual sales figures. For this you need to calculate forecast error and Mean Absolute Deviation.
Task – B(Marks: 60)
Data Gathering and evaluation
i. You need to create a sample questionnaire using Microsoft word, to collect data about people buying habits toward fizzy drink. This questionnaire should contain minimum 10 and maximum 15 questions. The collected data must be presented in tabular form for data analysis using Microsoft excel. You should collect at least 20 of the research instruments from your fellow GSM London students (this can be campus-specific, although not mandatory).
Remember a questionnaire is only as good as the questions it asks. You are allowed to use combination of open ended, closed ended and probing questions. Whatever the technique you use, your questionnaire should be precised, unambiguous, short and must be focusing on variables i.e. attitude, belief, behavior and attribute.
ii. Using Microsoft excel, create a bar chart, histogram and line chart for the data collected in part (i) questionnaire and compare the following;
1. Respondents gender to how often they consume soft drinks
2. Respondents age to how often they consume soft drinks
3. Respondents gender to the brand of soft drinks they like
4. Respondents age to the brand of soft drink they like
5. Respondents gender to the influence of advertising on buying decisions
6. Respondents age to the influence of advertising on buying decisions
