Your culminating writing task should follow the conventions of a written argument to be published as an Op-Ed for an online or print news source. An Op-Ed is an opinion editorial in which you take a position and support your position with evidence drawn from the texts we have read and discussed in class.
Your editorial should be typed in the MLA format and include a Works Cited for any sources used other than the core text module sources (articles, videos, TED talks). Editorials should be submitted as a Google doc and be a minimum of two pages to meet the scoring criteria requirements.
