using data from LFS from the UK the I want to explore the reasons behind the difference in wages between the financial and non financial sector. over the years the gap between the two have increased. i will use regression analysis to explain if the difference are due to different characteristic of the workers in each sectors or due to different parameters like different reward to schooling or gender discrimination. im reading an article on the “Oaxaca-Blinder decomposition that I would like to apply to my project. I’m required to use Stata for this project i have homogenized the labor force survey data for the years 1996-2002-2012 and will attach the file but for the purpose of my paper i just want you to use the 2012 data comparing across years will make the paper too long here is how i want my paper to be and some suggestion to what to include in each chapter
