Using the data summarizing and categorizing strategy chosen in DQ 1, identify the strongest piece of evidence you collected for your project and provide at least two reasons why you think it is the strongest. How will you use these data to tell a compelling public health story and communicate recommendations for action?
For my project, the identification of current sentencing statutes is key. A clear message needs to be sent. The harsher the terroristic attack the harsher the penalties. The strongest evidence I have gathered so far can be found in my lit review. There are numerous studies surrounding the effects of terrorism. In terms of quantitative and qualitative data, I think qualitative data is my strongest piece of evidence. Various terrorist attacks are examined. Other types of abuse include harassment, offending or socially excluding someone, and negatively affecting someones work behavior (Bernotaite & Malinauskiene, 2017). My literature review supports the fact that terrorism is an issue. It also goes into specific details about successful terrorist attacks. Violence does not just occur out of nowhere. Are the United States entering territories we shouldn’t be entering? My capstone still has a long way to go. Im just surprised by all the threats that continue to force themselves on people (and even me). The information tends to be really in your face. I think I have already started telling a compelling story. I have enlisted the help of a classmate to help cultivate an even more intriguing story. I am hoping the assistance will be able to fill in any gaps of missing information. New attacks are occurring every single day. Boko Haram has just kidnapped a new set of schoolgirls. To communicate recommendations for action, I can and will contact the local government. The abduction of school children is systematic. Better security measures need to be set in place.
