I am wanting to apply to several scholarships, and I would like to create a template scholarship letter that I can customize and use for various scholarships (single space preferred).
The questions/criteria for the scholarships I want to apply to are:
Demonstrate well-balanced and meaningful involvement and leadership in community and/or extra curricular activities.
List your involvement, including approximate dates and roles in any CSUN based clubs or organizations.
Please explain your career plans, why you chose this career path, and the importance of your major in todays society. How will graduate-level study of your major contribute to your career plans?
A 250 word essay outlining your career goals and how participation in the program you are planning to attend will support those goals, the importance of this award as it relates to your ability to participate in the program, notable accomplishments or experiences that reflect your best abilities and skills that are relevant to your career goals
In 150 words or less, explain, how your goals align with WHAs purpose and objectives, and how you plan to be active in WHA as our Professional Development Scholarship Recipient.

Some information about me:
I graduated with summa cum laude honors from California State University, Northridge (CSUN) with my Bachelors in Healthcare Administration in 2012
During my undergrad I was involved in various clubs and organizations, and held leadership roles in many of them
I was also an orientation leader for incoming students where I introduced students to the campus in the Fall, as well as worked at the graduation ceremonies in the Spring
Since graduating with my Bachelors, I have worked in healthcare administration at Cedars Sinai, Scripps, and I currently work at UCLA Health
I am currently working towards my Masters in Healthcare Administration at CSUN
My goals are to become a Director of Operations within a large healthcare organization to help improve the flow of operations, create better patient experiences, and serve as a mentor to those looking to move into leadership roles
