a) You should have one or two pages that present the developed questionnaire. This should take the visual format that a respondent would actually encounter (as best as possible).
b) You should then have a discussion wherein you discuss the various ideas in Dillman et al. and in the lecture videos and notes that helped to shape each aspect of the questionnaire. This discussion should be between 250-500 words.
