The essay is based on the poem “Ode to a Nightingale” by John Keats. I need to trace the use of figurative language (such as metaphor, metonymy, symbol, simile, personification). I also need to talk about how the poet’s deployment of literary devices contribute to the meaning of the poem. Make sure to integrate consideration of the poems form (ode, sonnet etc.). The paper needs to be 4-5 pages long double-spaced so if you could make it like 4 and a half pages double spaced, that would be awesome. There also needs to be a 1-inch margin on all sides and use 12-point, Times New Roman. Include line numbers for the poem’s in-text citations. Quote from or paraphrase the poem or poems that you are writing about. When talking about different parts of the poem, make sure the quotes are block quotes.
