Virtually visit an art museum this semester. Select one work of art and describe what YOU see. Include the artists name, media, and subject matter. Discuss the formal elements of the artwork such as color, line, value, and shape. Are you able to infer anything about the artworks content based on your prior knowledge? Discuss how you relate to this work of art. Does it mean anything to you? How would you interpret what the artist is trying to say or do?
