The article is referred to the use of virtual reality simulation in the field of disaster medicine training. The paper contains the results of the evaluation of 3 virtual reality exercise prototype used in the context of a field hospital personal training program. The paper was initially accepted by the journal of Current Medical Research & Opinion, but the reviewers have considered that the paper, it is unsuitable for publication in that journal. My request is to re-design and correct the article accordingly to the reviewers comment. My intension is to send the article again for publishing, but in the new format, with the hope that will be accepted at this time.
