This case study is intended to present a scenario with various internal and external compensation issues and you are being asked to evaluate the current state and develop a compensation strategy, as well as create a set of grades and pay ranges for the company. In completing this assignment you will be asked to use concepts learned in the Compensation class including: job analysis, job descriptions, internal and external pay equity; job grades and pay ranges; market rates/pricing and turnover. This is a hint to help you identify the major issues and how you will address/correct them.
