The three main aims: (please rephrase when writing them in the proposal)
1- Study the effect of textured microparticles on the signaling pathway of hh during ossification.
2- Selecting the most promising textured microparticle to create disease model.
3- 3D bioprinting to print scaffold to control Ihh pathway.

in the introduction: hh signaling pathways (if possible mention all with details) focus on the ERK1 &2 signaling pathway. How hh affect this pathway (what is the molecular aspect). you should mention the MSCs. different textured microparticles and their role in disease remodeling.

Methodology: I will attach articles that you may use to see how microparticles are textured using the “emulsion polymerization” technique, and how we will test each texture and the affect on hh and ERK1&2 signaling pathway and the ossification process. (you may suggest knockout mice models as mentioned in the attached papers)
