This assignment is the last part of a “final assignment”. The first part was find a question/topic. The second was create a “rough draft”/literature review. And finally the last and third part which is this one, is the essay itself.
In general the topic of this essay is the discussion of immoral commodification, however they are expecting us to use a precise example such as “ethic of the queue & paid line standing, cash for sterilization, corruption with compromising institutional integrity, how does sandel distinguish goods which can or cannot be sold, how markets can crowd out norms, and commercial surrogacy/baby-selling. once a specific topic is picked based on Michael Sandel’s key discussion examples, use other readings from the provided list to support THE SAME type of ideology and “corruption/unethical reasoning”.
Now i will be uploading the literature review as well as the instructor’s review and changes to be made to the final assignment. Also, i will upload a couple files that relate to the topic of the assignment to help as much as possible. The instructor is very keen on the focus of course material, grammar, and proper academic writing, citing, referencing etc.
There will be an instruction page and it will contain reading reference suggestions/examples to use and choose from i have chosen some for the literature review and 2 out of 4 that i chose were “relatable” to this topic according to him. So we’d have to replace the 2 he did not like with 2 others that support the “same type of corruption” and more importantly the “non-utilitarian” perspective of value.
