Your paper should begin with the thesis statement you submitted as your PWA assignment earlier this week (but you may choose to revise it based on peer reviews).
Your paper must draw upon your current or anticipated professional or business career in a substantial manner and synthesize at least 3 authoritative sources. Papers which fail to reference the minimum number of outside sources will be marked down accordingly. Your paper must be 3-5 pages (750-1,250 words) not counting References (a list of all sources at the end of the paper).
The format should be “publishable” quality. However, you are not required to format it like a term paper (i.e., you do not have to double space, use 1-inch margins, only use 12 point Times New Roman font, etc.) Instead, you are encouraged to choose a well-designed professional layout. You should incorporate a combination of serif fonts for the text and sans serif fonts for headers in a slightly larger size, multiple columns, white space, graphics and photos you want to include in the White Paper
