It is a seminar paper for a social policy/activism class where we submit a proposed topic (which mine is the Opioid Crisis and has already been accepted). We are to write a scholarly research paper…very similar to a law review article. Thus, we cannot write a paper on something that has already been written about/fully developed. We are supposed to use various sources, articles, journals, books, websites, etc. and build onto the topic by providing our own insight on the topic, etc. Also, the paper has specific formatting instructions that must be adhered to. These formatting guidelines include: 20 pages double spaced, 100 (minimum) footnotes that cannot be repetitive and are to be single spaced, etc. I will attach the formatting guidelines to this order as well. Another very important thing I must mention, the citations must be in BLUEBOOK citation form(NOT APA OR CHICAGO). PLEASE READ THE ATTACHMENT
