currently. Make a recommendation for a singular change you would like to see happen in the organization.

Note: am working for an automobile remanufacturing company as a Manufacuring Engineer. Cardone Industries. The organizational culture was good before they sale the coapny to another company. Cardone used to be a Christian company but not anymore.
