This four (4) page paper will incorporate concepts
we have learned throughout the semester with a reflection on your own philanthropic activity. In
it you will address the following questions:
What events and people have in your life have influenced your giving and how?
Reflect on and discuss the causes and organizations you support through donations
and/or volunteering. What is it about them that attracts you enough to contribute your
money and/or time? Do they engage you in their organization as a valued stakeholder?
If so, how?
Think about the concepts you have learned throughout our semester. Which of them will
play a role in your philanthropic activity moving forward, why and how? What will you do
the same and what might you do differently in your philanthropic activity based on what
you have learned?
