Summary: You have to write a written submission for a criminal law matter on the admissibility of evidence given by the plaintiff. The matter is being handled in the ACT Magistrate court. I have attached links for how to write a written submission as well as key legislation that will be useful when writing the submissions. The main aims are to incorporate legal theory that is linked below and legislation to make a persuasive written submission on whether the evidence is admissible in court.

I have given some resources but you must figure out whatever else is required because more is required.
