Write a two (2) page paper
Assessment: Specific instructions to assessment will be given in the class. You should not just fill in the form based on an informal conversation with your interviewee. Instead, you should formally collect data. You should write down as much information as you can. One answer is not just an answer. How did your interviewee look when he/she answered (Worried? Satisfied? Confused?)? You should not and cannot write down all words he/she said but what he/she actually said is important, so take notes as much as you can. It is also important to focus on the strengths of the interviewee.
Paper: After the assessment, you need to analyze the information you collected. In the paper, students must do three things: identifying a (potential) issue and strengths, analyzing issues, and making recommendations. Recommendations must be based on your analyses. You must follow the format.
Format:

What is the most important (potential if not) issue?
Why is it an issue? How is the interviewee experiencing the issue?
What factors are contributing to the issue and how?
