As a manager today, you will need to understand technology or have people on your team who will communicate with you when controls need attention. Research thoroughly one scandal, paying close attention to how it was possible for whatever went wrong to happen. Describe the consequences, solutions, and precautions to avoid in the future. As usual, stay out of politics. Think globally. Focus on controls in place or not in place.
