Make some changes to the previous piece you wrote for me. I will be listing the feedback given, so you can make changes accordingly:
– You provide no data to support that all of latin America is impoverished and has insecurity of some kind (unspecified); nor do you know that this is the reason for PTI lack of sales.
-“weak market suggestions” seems to mean that this industry has low demand, but again, you don’t have data to show that this is the case and this is why sales changed between years. Also, sales fluctations are not as valid as reduced sales.
-Sales changes aren’t clearly linked to what happened in Latin America. What exactly was going on in the countries where PTI does business to show that sales fluctations were related to economic issues?
-What are these adverse economic events? You haven’t provided any data to suggest any particular events that occurred and why that would lead to pooer conditions in the region than previously.
-Based on the previous paragraph, it does not seem that personal relationships are the region (despite lack of data about this) and therefore PTI can’t do anything about this. If the problem is actually related to lack of personal relationships, then this should be the main issue noted earlier, with support for why this is a problem.
-Why would local partnerships help to earn loyalty and overcome economic struggles? Where is the evidence to support this notion? Also, what kind of partnership are you suggesting – an IJV? Something else? be explicit and justify your reasoning.
-What are “secure connections” and who are “occupants”? As a sidenote, this sentence seems to basically repeat what you mentioned in the last sentence. If it doesn’t add any information, it should be deleted.
-What evidence is there that multiple consumer sales channels and in particular retailers, e-commerce, or informal channels would be beneficial in Latin America? Are these common in the region? What one(s) do you recommend for PTI and why? Remember, you aren’t just listing a bunch of options- you need to justify what options would be best.
