Background Info:
I personally conducted an interview with a Non-profit childrens hospital HR manager.
The interview was very positive and centered around the idea of the importance of STRONG ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE.
The three human resource management topics covered under this broader topic of organizational culture were:
1. Motivation
2. Retention
3. Use of Volunteers
I have included a few journal articles to help you, if you wish to use them. The minimum source requirement is 4.
Paper Format:
1. Please write an introductory page about the importance/influence of strong, positive organizational culture in non-profit organizations
2. Then write approximately one page EACH on the three topics of employee motivation, retention, and the use of volunteers.
3. Then write approximately a half to one page conclusion tying everything together.
4. Please use APA format with citations
