Write a paper connecting insights gained from your interview. In your paper, identify: (1) why you chose this person, (2) your reflections on the leader, (3) their style of leadership, and (4) lessons learned from the interview.

In general, your paper should follow these formatting guidelines: minimum 750 words, double-spaced, 12 point, Times New Roman font, 1-inch margins, with no grammar or spelling errors.
