I studied at school and I had scholarship ( not from the school) covering the tuition for all my study except one course taking the last semester (summer 2020) . The scholarship didnt pay the summer semester ( summer 2020). I graduated on August 2020 and theres still a hold in my account to avoid receiving my diploma for about 8 to 9 months now. I want to write an appeal to committee that Im facing financial difficulties due to pandemic and also Im not able to work with proper work that associates with my degree since I dont have my diploma. Im still considering as high school graduate not an individual with BA in business administration. Please add more reasons if it helps. I hope I receive a waiver, or even a discount. Also my wife has a social security number so she maybe can be considered as a guarantee? So if I have to pay , can I receive my diploma and pay later by monthly payment.
